We offer ANM, GNM, and B.Sc Nursing programmes, each structured around a balance of academic rigor and hands-on clinical exposure. Our faculty, laboratories, and hospital partnerships are built around one outcome — graduates who are ready to practice from day one.

A Word From Our Leadership
History of the Institution
Ayan School of Nursing was established in Phulbani with a founding batch of ANM students, built on a simple promise — quality nursing education accessible to students from Kandhamal and surrounding districts.
The institution introduced the GNM diploma, expanding its laboratory and clinical training infrastructure to support a growing student body.
Formal recognition and affiliation were secured with the Indian Nursing Council and the Odisha Nurses & Midwives Council, cementing the institute's academic standing.
In response to rising demand for degree-level nursing education, we launched our 4-year B.Sc Nursing programme with university affiliation.
We continue to grow our hospital partnerships, faculty strength, and campus facilities — with a steady record of student placements across Odisha and beyond.
